   Rufino Rosal, MD is a board-certified internist.  He graduated from the University of the East in the Philippines and did his residency training in Internal Medicine at St Elizabeth Medical Center in Youngstown, Ohio. After residency, he practiced in Wisconsin before moving to Smyrna in 1998.                    
    He is a former Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Kent General Hospital.
